I passed your question on to my friends at the International Volunteer Ministers centre, as they can definitely coordinate any actions you need in Cebu City to help your people. On an immediate basis, I would recommend starting on the on-line courses we have at http://course.volunteerministers.org/, where there are free courses that walk you through all of the basics of Scientology as you can apply it to life. But I will definitely work to get someone in touch with you directly so as to coordinate getting you some disaster management courses and anything else you need to handle even the smaller "disasters" of life that face your people. I am now in iligan city, i really believe that missionaries and scientologiosts visit us here, we really need those disaster management courses and ministry. the mission is to improve people's live and we need improving. if perchance you are able to help us out here with the classes and perhaps ministry as well i am able to hook you upguys with local govt and red cross and other intl organizations just to help out these people here, everyday living is a challenge to them.
